Services of the guide: Both Jorge Luis and Sylvio were great - knowledgeable, personable, took care of everything, flexible in arranging changes (e.g. early return to Cuzco from Aguas Calientes).
Services of the drivers: All good, no complaints.
Hotels services: Per our emails, we were not terribly impressed with first room in Tierra Viva in Lima. However, we very much appreciated the no-fuss way in which this was handled when we raised it and the upgrade we were given.
Casa Andina in Cuzco was very nice and generally very polished service.
Cabaña in Aguas Calientes was cosy and the service friendly.
