One of the most renowned Sacred Valley Inca complexes is Pisac, set on the top of a mountain and considered one of Peru´s most astounding attractions with its temples and enclosures surrounded by an outstanding landscape in the middle of the Andean peaks. Last but not least, one of the New Seven Wonders of the World that is also known as the Lost City of the Incas. The magnificent and mystical, Machu Picchu, is located in the Andes on the edge of the jungle; an ancient Inca town and example of the great Inca architectural development that captivates millions of visitors every year.

Upon your arrival, our exclusive guide in Cusco will be there to welcome and take you to the Sacred Valley. On the way to the Sacred Valley, you will make a stop at the Living Museum of Awanakancha, where there are llamas, alpacas, vicuñas living in their natural environment and the local people using the wool for woven textiles. On our drive to Pisac it will be possible to observe some agricultural terraces from the Incan period along with many species of flora from the area. Then you will visit Pisac, considered as a mestizo village because it was built upon the remains of indigenous constructions. Its main square is a lively colorful market place with a wide variety of handicraft items on sale.
There will be plenty of free time to explore the town with its small adobe homes and walk through the lively market where you will have the chance to find a lot of works of art, such as textiles, ceramics, jewelry and crafts.
We will visit the archaeological site of Pisac which is famous for its astronomical observatory (Intiwatana) and beautiful terracing.
At the end of the day, you will be taken to an elegant restaurant situated in the valley, where lunch will be served. After lunch, you will be taken to your hotel where you can rest and relax.

In the Morning you will be picked you up early to be transferred to Ollantaytambo train station to take a scenic train ride to Aguas Calientes that rests between the cloud forest and the jungle. After an hour and a half you will reach your destination where your private guide will be waiting to take on the bus to the top, here you will find the entrance to the citadel of Machu Picchu; a hidden Incan city surrounded by temples, terraces and aqueducts. It was built with huge blocks of stone mysteriously joined together without any mortar. Today it has been designated as cultural heritage of humanity in recognition of its political, religious and administrative importance during the age of the Incas.
After a completing an excursion into the sanctuary with your specialized guide, you will return to Aguas Calientes by bus; there your guide will take you back to the station to catch your train back to Cusco. On your arrival at the train station, our representatives will be waiting for you, to escort you to your hotel.
