Cusco Peru Travel will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall of Lima International airport; from there we will transfer you to your hotel in the Miraflores district of Lima. On arrival to your hotel, our representative will give you an explanation of the tour.

In the morning, our staff will escort you to Lima airport to catch your domestic flight to Cusco.
Upon your arrival, our guide will welcome you and prepare you for the much awaited Sacred Valley tour.
Your first stop will be the exceptional project of Awanakancha (Quechua word that means: big place where people weave) where you observe how people –following their ancestors techniques- weave and create wonderful textiles.
Then you will visit the Archeological Complex of Pisac, including ornate palaces and temples, on top of a mountain with breath taking views.
You will be delighted with a delicious lunch in the heart of the Sacred Valley.
Then, we will continue through the valley until we finally arrive at your hotel surrounded by gorgeous scenery.

Today, we will pick you up early in the morning to be transferred to Ollantaytambo station to catch a train to until we reach Km104, where the trek will begin. See spectacular views of the farmlands, snow-capped mountains and the mighty Urubamba River. At 104 km (2,000 m), we will begin the trek. Have a packed lunch, energy drinks and take a group photo, before visiting our first Inca site. We will begin hiking upwards, as we head for the Classic Inca Trail. If the weather is clear, have fabulous views of Machu Picchu, the Urubamba River and other surrounding Inca Sites.
After hiking for three hours, we will reach the most beautiful Incan site on the Inca Trail, Wiñay Wayna (Forever Young) at 2,600 m/8,500 ft. Most people do not get the opportunity to see the elaborate water fountain, temples and some agricultural terraces at Winay Wayna with beautiful mountains surrounding the area. From Wiñay Wayna, we will walk to the Sun Gate, where we will see the picturesque landscape of Machu Picchu. After taking in the once-in-a-lifetime views, we will begin our descent to Machu Picchu.
A big advantage of this hike is that by the time we reach Machu Picchu, most of the day travelers will have returned home, so you will have the area to yourself. After taking photos, we take the bus down to Aguas Calientes and head to your hotel. Following, we will head to Indio Feliz for dinner (included). This restaurant is considered the best food in Aguas Calientes. After dinner, we recommend going to bed early to make the most of the next day.

We will wake up early in the morning to see the sunrise at Machu Picchu. You will have a two hour guided tour by your private English-speaking guide. After that, you will have time to explore Machu Picchu by yourself. When you are done exploring, you can take either a bus, or walk, down to Aguas Calientes for a free afternoon before your train which will depart later that afternoon back to Ollantaytambo and then we will drive you back to Cusco .

For the morning, your guide will meet you in your hotel at a specific time to begin your private tour through the city. Your guide will take you through the past and present, starting from Inca walls to ancient churches, including the Basilica Cathedral of Cusco city; the ancient capital of the Inca Empire. You will also visit and see some Inca buildings such as the Qoricancha or the Temple of the Sun also considered as the most important Inka building, above you will see that the monastery of the Dominican order have built a church that has a colonial and Andean Baroque style. Ten minutes away from the city’s downtown are located the massive walls of the fortress of Sacsayhuaman. A few kilometers away from it, are the archaeological sites of Kenko, Pukapukara and Tambomachay, archaeological Inca complexes constructed completely with stone. Once the tour has finished, we will take you back to your hotel; so you have the rest of afternoon as free time for exploring the city by your own.

The last day you will be transferred to Cusco airport to catch your domestic flight back to Lima. Upon your arrival, you will have plenty of time to check in at the airport for your international flight back home.
