I had a great experience. They responded to all my emails quickly and amended the itinerary to meet my needs.
The day of the trip, my tour coordinator contacted me to tell me about pickup etc. Was the best part of the trip! Always accessible by text and giving me the necessary info before I even asked for it. I never had to worry as she had everything taken care of. The pickups were well organized and prompt and the tours were good. Indio feliz was my favorite included meal.
Services of the guide: Esmeralda in Machu Picchu was the best! She was friendly and very knowledgeable. Magda was my guide twice for sacred valley and the city tour of Cusco. I liked these very much. The Lima city tour was very rushed. Would have preferred a slower pace to take in the sites. The pickup on the sacred valley day was a little complicated and not the most efficient with me switching vans and circling the area many times. The four separate lunch spot drop off on sacred valley tour day felt a little complicated.
Services of the drivers: Drivers were all prompt and courteous.
Hotels services: I liked all the hotels. Locations were great and staff very friendly. Breakfast at Maytaq was the best!
